Creating the Pixel Art
100+ Characters, One Artist
In January 2024, I was inspired by other artists to learn how to make pixel art. I chose the 16×16 pixel canvas because I wanted to create low-fi, whimsical characters — and I kept making new ones until I had a whole village full of them.

The Collection
Over 100 hand-drawn villagers grew into a collection of 4,592 NFTs on Solana. Run your cursor over the mosaic — every tile traces back to an original 16×16 sprite.
